Los Niños de la Jungla

★★★★★ “The history of a whole country through the story of a small school”

★★★★★ “Education is a political act, and so is this film”

★★★★★ “Teaching Freedom proves that school and happiness are not mutually exclusive”

Sinopsis

Often, it is under the harshest social conditions that the greatest stories emerge. This is the story of a group of teachers who founded a progressive school, the Mowgli School, during the Franco dictatorship. A challenge not only in educational terms, but also politically and culturally, to a totalitarian regime. And a valuable way to understand the roots of today’s political and cultural movement in Catalonia.
